VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

GREAT FOR STUDENTS AND GROUPS!

Our volunteers are the heartbeat of every event. Whether it’s helping load bikes, passing out school supplies, or serving meals, every helping hand makes a lasting difference. If you’ve got time, passion, or just a heart for giving — we’ve got a place for you.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 14+ with parent, 18+ alone

  • Must sign a volunteer waiver

  • Comfortable working outdoors and with the public (for most events)

  • Team-oriented and community-minded

HOW YOU’LL HELP

  • Assist with event setup and cleanup

  • Distribute food, gifts, or supplies

  • Help with registration and line coordination

  • Organize donations

  • Support families during check-ins or giveaways

TIME COMMITMENT

Volunteers are asked to arrive on time, bring a positive attitude, and stay for the duration of their shift (2 to 5 hours).

Depending on the event, a brief pre-event meeting may be necessary to organize materials, create signs, and other admin tasks.

Have a few questions before signing up? We’ve got you covered! Explore the answers below to learn more about volunteering, expectations, and how to get started.

  • Anyone with a heart to serve! Most volunteer roles are open to individuals, families, and community groups. Minimum age of 14 (with a parent), or 18+ without!

  • Yes! Volunteers must complete an application for each event they wish to serve at. This helps us plan roles, shifts, and supplies more efficiently.

  • Most events take place over a 2-3 hours, with optional pre-event meetings or setup shifts available.

  • Tasks vary by shift and event. General duties range from setting up tables, organizing and distributing items, helping families, or check-in assistance.

  • Absolutely! We love community and corporate groups. Just note the group size on your application so we can plan accordingly.

  • Dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather. Branded volunteer shirts are provided and closed-toe shoes are required.

  • Let us know on your application! We’ll do our best to place you where you can make the most meaningful contribution.
